Model 409-4IN and 409-6IN are the large display Indicator,Jumbo display indicator which can be monitored up to distance of 160 feet (50m). 409-4IN has 100 mm Red LED display and 409-6IN has 150 mm P10 based Red LED module display. Its large digit facilitates process value to be monitored across wider geographical area in plant. It has most advanced features for monitoring and communication of process status.
Model 409-4IN / 409-6IN accepts 21 different industry standard inputs with high accuracy of 0.1% to measure temperature, pressure and other process variables. It is easy to operate and configuration is user friendly. CJC compensation for thermocouple input is done through software for higher accuracy.
Model 409-4IN / 409-6IN can be interfaced with SCADA/PLC using optional RS485 communication and analog retransmission output for process automation. It has two-way communication facility allowing user to read and write PV over Modbus between any Master device and Indicator.
Alarm can be configured for two set points which are indicated on front Status LEDs. This Indicator has SMPS power supply for smooth and reliable performance. It is also equipped with transmitter power supply.

CDU Clean Room Display Unit accepts analog input from Temperature, Humidity and Differential pressure sensors, optionally the sensors for all 3 parameters are integrated inside for ease of use & installation.

If auxiliary power fail, the displayed Batch Total,Integrated total and all programming parameters are stored innon-volatile memory, and are automatically recovered when auxiliary power is restored.Model-1006H has optional two relays to configure simple batchingoperations with High/Low, Pre warn or End of process set points.Alarm/relay and data communication status are indicated on separate LEDs.

Masibus LPI-1 series Loop Powered Indicator/ Self powerd indicator comes in four models; LED in Panel and Wall Mount as well as LCD in Panel and Wall Mount, to suit different viewing and mounting applications. All models are two-wire loop powered and need no Auxiliary power.

LPI-1 series Loop indicators are housed in compact with ergonomically designed front fascia, the panel mount models have an IP65 front panel whereas the Wall mount models qualify for IP65 housing, all models deliver an accuracy of 0.1% of FS combined with a low temperature drift.

The 40005E digital Bar Graph Display is an Enhanced version of our Legacy model 40005 Bargraph indicators, additional capabilities have been added by way of multi-serial ports, scanning speed and Relay outputs. The model is available in single channel and dual channel format.

Con guration
40005E is con gured using the front keyboard and display or PC based mbGRAPH Con guration Software supplied with unit. The unit has a 4 digit numeric and 101 segment Bars to display process Value, Alarm/Trip and communication status are displayed by discrete LEDs on front fascia.

 

Communication
40005E Digital Bargraph Indicator comes with one RS485 port as a standard, a second RS485 port as an option to enhance the communication capabilities of the unit and use it as an RTU, controller or protection device for parameters like Level, Vibration, Gas detection, etc.

Control or Alarm
An optional 4 Relay outputs can be freely mapped to any channel set points and con gured as control, Alarm or Trip functionality with Fail-Safe or Normal Logic. Any one relay can also be con gured as a watchdog output.
